New year, new happenings

Starting the year off with a bang, here is the first blog post of 2024! We’ll be using this space to share about our new releases, stuff that excites us, interesting happenings within the AF space or even beer in general; basically anything that will give you an insight into everything Lowtide.

On that note, we think it’s only fitting that the first post is somewhat of an update of everything Lowtide, as we have already had a lot of exciting things happen and we are only 9 days into the New Year!

We started the year with an exciting new drop: an incredible collaboration release with our good friends at Attic Brew Co! We’ve been talking about this one for a while now with the star’s finally aligning for a New Year release, just in time for all you Dry Jan partakers out there.

We went back and forth on what style to brew and we naturally landed on an NZ IPA. Nectaron is one of our favourite hops and Superdelic is such an exciting new hop coming from NZ, bursting with super interesting bubblegum aromas. We rounded off the hop trio with some Nelson Sauvin, which seemed like the right decision as it is the true darling of New Zealand export hops.

These three hops makes for an incredibly dank and aroma-filled beer; think sticky white wine, sweet lollipops, passionfruit, gooseberries and pineapple in a beer! This is just a one-off special collab release, but if we keep receiving the great feedback we have already then it may stick around for a little longer.

And that’s not all!

After three years of hard work developing the beers and the brand, we are now in a fantastic position to be looking for our first hire! We are looking for a Business Development Representative to bring our beers to even more venues and customers across the UK.

This BDR will have the opportunity to truly make their mark on a brand new role within the business and to continue the rapid growth that Lowtide has seen over the first 36 months of trading.

The right candidate will be passionate about sales and the alcohol free space, ideally with previous experience within beer or beverage sales to take the job and truly make it their own.

This will be a hybrid/ remote position to start with, with preference given to London-based individuals or those with close links to main transport hubs.

If you think you’ve got what it takes then hop on over to our LinkedIn profile to have a look at the full job description and to apply.

That’s it from us for now… we have plenty more going on in the background that we are sure we will be popping up on here in no time.

Until next time, have a good one!

Rob
